Terms & Conditions
Rules for using the site and game
Effective date: [1.7.0 RELEASE DATE]. These terms apply to the official Fart Me To The Moon website and the related iOS game.
2. Use of the website and app
You may use the website and app only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless separate written permission is granted. You agree not to interfere with the website, misuse the support channels, or attempt to break, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app.
3. Changing features
Features, balance, visuals, ads, prices and availability may change between updates. Nothing on this website guarantees that a feature will stay in the same form described here.
4. Intellectual property
The game, website, title, artwork, code, copy, logos, screenshots, and related materials are owned by the developer or used with permission. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without written approval.
5. Gameplay limitations
The app is an entertainment product. Runs can end abruptly, obstacles can cause failure, and updates may rebalance progression, items, or scores. The developer does not promise uninterrupted gameplay, permanent availability of any mode, or compatibility with every device forever.
6. Virtual items and in-app purchases
The game includes coins, upgrades, and other virtual items earned through gameplay. These items are part of the game experience only. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for real-world money, and may be modified, limited, or discontinued as the game evolves.
The game is free to play and supported by ads. It offers one optional non-consumable in-app purchase, PERKS, which adds extra characters, items and styles and removes between-run ads. It’s a one-time purchase: no subscriptions, coin packs or recurring charges. Apple handles payment, refunds and restores through the App Store.
7. Support submissions
If you submit a support message, you agree to provide accurate information and not to send unlawful, abusive, or malicious content. Support submissions may be used to investigate bugs, answer questions, and improve the product.
8. Suspension or termination
Access to the website, support tools, or app features may be limited or terminated if necessary for maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or if the project is paused, retired, or materially reworked.
9. Disclaimer
The website and game are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, no warranty is given that the website or app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or app.
